SLEEK-GEEKS- RETURN POLICY

At Sleek-geeks, we take pride in offering quality products and a trustworthy experience for collectors, players, and hobbyist in the TCG community. Due to the Nature of the TCG Industry, we maintain a strict no Returns policy  on all TCG products.

WHY NO RETURNS? 

the TCG market is highly susceptible to price fluctuations, condition sensitivity, and product integrity concerns. Once a product leaves our hands, wed ca no longer guarantee its untouched condition, authenticity, or potential exposure to external elements. this applies especially to:​

​

  • Sealed Products (e.g., Booster boxes, ETBs, packs)

  • Single Cards

  • Opened Items 

  • Promotional Products or Pre-orders

Exceptions & Order Issues 

​

While we do not accept general returns, we understand that mistakes or issues can happen. if you receive an item that is:

  • incorrect (wrong item sent)

  • damaged in transit (sealed product only)

  • missing your order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (ming@sleekgeeks.com) with your order number and clear photos of the issue. we'll work with you promptly to make it right-whether that means sending a replacement or issuing store credit when applicable

Pre-Orders

​

all pre-orders are final. Cancellations may be requested Prior to the product's release date but are subjected to a 10% restocking fee to cover processing and holding costs.
